Welch Allyn Video Probe Scope 6mm PXLM630 model

The M means that is a measurement unit capable of taking  measurements with 2 special measurement tips (included).

The 6 means 6 millimeter in diameter, (.234 inch), size of a pencil.

The 30 means 3 meter in length, (about 9.5 feet).

The scope comes with a headguard on the tip.

Additionally, it has the 2 measurement tips, one forward view and one side view.

Since the measurement tips are used for measuring it also comes with two other closeup tips for forward view and side view.

You can see both measurement tips bring back an accurate measurement at .100 inch on the measurement block.
